CUET and IPMAT are among the most competitive undergraduate entrance exams in India, yet most coaching options remain unstructured, inconsistent, and poorly adapted to the specific demands of these exams.
LPT was built on a different philosophy: experienced mentors, CUET and IPMAT-focused curriculum, structured courses with clear milestones, and a personalised guidance model that treats every student's target college as the north star.
I built the complete digital platform: the course management system, student onboarding flows, centre booking and scheduling, results tracking, and the public-facing website that communicates LPT's premium coaching brand across its 4 Delhi-NCR locations.

The problem
CUET and IPMAT coaching is a fragmented market dominated by large test-prep factories that treat students as throughput rather than individuals. Preparation quality is inconsistent, mentors are overextended, and students lack the structured, exam-specific guidance that these highly specialised tests demand.
LPT was built on the opposite model: small cohorts, experienced mentors who specialise exclusively in CUET and IPMAT, and a structured course framework with clear checkpoints and personalised feedback.
Digital platform
I built LPT's complete digital infrastructure: a course management system that handles curriculum delivery across offline, online, and hybrid formats, a student onboarding flow with centre selection and batch scheduling, a results tracking system that surfaces student progress against target benchmarks, and a demo booking system for prospective students.
The public-facing platform communicates LPT's track record (454+ students, 140+ IIM selections, 4 Delhi-NCR centres) and drives free demo bookings as the primary conversion action.
